Coach and Train SAFe® Agile Best Practices
It All Started When...
During the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) transformation at Farmers, Jodie stepped into a critical role to become a change agent in successfully implementing SAFe®. She embodied an agile mindset by becoming a core member of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and launched a Community of Practice (CoP) for Agile Product Managers to problem solve, learn and retain top talent.
Jodie's Role
- Facilitate certified Leading SAFe® training to socialize the new concept specifically directors, managers, executives and leaders associated with the transformation.
- Coached leadership and facilitated the creation of new agile teams.
- Responsible for agile release train (ART) execution and guided the shift from project-to-product with a focus on Customer Centricity and Design Thinking as part of Agile Product Delivery.
