The mobile app was meant to be an easier and faster way for insurance policyholders to manage their policies anytime, anywhere. After thorough user research and competitor analysis, we decided to adopt a clean, modern design with a focus on usability and brand consistency. The intuitive designs were to increase user engagement metrics such as daily and monthly active users (DAU/MAU), screen views as well as, Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

The NPS increased by 60 pts, 1 month after release.
Proactively identified and implemented scalable ways to adopt the design across other mobile app brands, like Bristol West and Foremost Insurance.
Increased the apps load time and reduced the occurrence of errors and crashes.
